CCS Mission: Challenging Our Students to Serve

Our mission has 3 parts: to provide academic excellence, while upholding God's truth and challenging our students to serve others.

Besides teaching our students how to live in service to God and to others, we also encourage our students to put into practice what they are learning by sending them out to help our community each quarter. High school and middle school students go out and serve at the Food Bank, Charitable Union, Habitat for Humanity, BattleGround Skate Park, Alternatives, local churches, CityLinC, and raking leaves for a few neighbors, to name a few.

Elementary and Preschool students collect items to donate to local organizations or people in need, and have also supported our soldiers overseas by sending cards of encouragement to them.

High School Missions Trips

After spending the school year taking apologetics-based bible classes and learning a hands-on approach to service by participating in community service quarterly, our high school students spend a week away from home being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Our Freshmen serve locally at Miracle Camp, doing yard work and helping maintain the camp's grounds as the camp prepares for the summer season. They also spend time team building, studying God's word, and are challenged spiritually.

Our Sophomores minister in Chicago alongside a local neighborhood mission organization.

Our Juniors partner with a mission organization in Washington, DC, ministering to the homeless.

Our Seniors travel to the Dominican Republic to assist with medical clinics and to build a school in Santa Rosa, a sister school to CCS. Students are challenged to step out of their comfort zone and serve in a culture very different from our own.
